bear, there will be a 2 year window to get fda approval so all should be 'business as usual' for that time frame except for proof of id (age) for online sales ;)
Chat w/ @Katmar. She is saying 90 days for anything "new".

She's making me have a cow.

People are ALL OVER the map on this. shop owners saying they
will close in 90 days... others saying 2 years... others resigning
and going back to cigarettes. Even SJ in that other thread
sounded very much like it's a lost cause. It would be good if
there was a definitive thread where ONLY those in the absolute
"know" could answer questions.

manufacturers have 90 days to get their new stuff on the market and then 2 years to submit the pmta. we won't see anything new being offered after those 90 days - those have to get fda approval first!
So that brings me back to my question:

Are bottles of liquid MIXED by a vendor on Day 91 subject to FDA approval...
or do existing formulations get grandfathered for 2 years?

(Watch website prices closely!!!)

Is my only choice - hypothetically - now drilling them out???

Bear when we set sleeve anchors we drill the holes extra deep just for that reason then if needed we saw them off and knock them down flush or lower and fill the holes if needed, are they in concrete ?
