Chat w/ @Katmar. She is saying 90 days for anything "new".

She's making me have a cow.

Sorry, Honey, don't mean to have you have a cow. The liquids on the market right now will continue to be sold for the next 2 years and 30 days before the rules go into effect. Any NEW flavors or equipment that comes out AFTER 90 days will be subject to the new rules. So, your flavors are good to be sold to you for 2 years and 30 days. Hope that helped. Same goes with the gear. So sorry if I confused you. I didn't mean to.

Bear when we set sleeve anchors we drill the holes extra deep just for that reason then if needed we saw them off and knock them down flush or lower and fill the holes if needed, are they in concrete ?
The holes are completely through the deck floor (wood).

OK, OBG... say - hypothetically - there are six (6) of those ^ anchoring the current umbrella.

Also say - hypothetically - the tightening nut(s) will NOT budge and/or are now rounded off.

Is my only choice - hypothetically - now drilling them out???

(Yes... new umbrella on the way.)
Get a cutting wheel (disc on a hand drill)* and cut off the nut. Or...if it's in a safe place for fire...heat the nut and turn it off. Could try penetrating oil too (runs and stains), and vise-grips.

lots of grey area there, bear! will a new concoction trigger fda approval first? who knows - from the little i saw there's plenty of room for confusion .......... sigh

Not only that. The Congress has to approve those new regs before they become law.

I just wonder if ECF can even survive in the long run without ads?
