Good Monday, everyone! :)

..........

If anybody ever wanted a Phiniac tank (plain glass, stainless caps, 5+ml capacity),
there will be one for sale some time soon. Will also be throwing in about 10
1.8 and 2.0 single-coil cartomizers... along with a saddle valve (*) for enlarging
the holes.

I give up on the cartos.

Good morning y'all

Those auto 510s might come in handy in a couple of years bear....
I have nothing to put ON them. Sold all my 510 attys and empty cartridges.
I could try a tank... but I'll bet the battery goes dead after one drag. :)

OK... is anybody able to clarify this for me?

Up until a few moments ago, I thought "no new products" meant anything currently
on the market would then get passed to the next stage of "up to 2 years" to file an
application (PMTA)

According to this:
http://www.fda.gov/downloads/TobaccoProducts/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/UCM273425.pdf

...on page 6 of the .pdf (Page 3 of the document), under "New Tobacco Product" it
says a "new product" is anything after the predicate date (15feb07).

What that means to ME is anything for sale out there RIGHT NOW is subject to search
and seizure after 90 days... 08aug16.

Yes? No?
