I think it's too soon to tell at this point. Lots of confusion still going on. Hoping SJ can provide a list of how things will go IF these regs take effect starting in August.
Ugh, my friends' cat managed to "escape" from their house last night. The fact that his front paws are declawed (that's how they got him) is worrisome; he's definitely an inside cat and I don't think they've ever let him explore the outdoors.
I really hope he's just off gallivanting and returns soon.
