Well, I ordered the batteries Dale showed me (8 of them) and a charger to get the free shipping, otherwise, shipping was gonna be 12.65!!! Sure hope I got the right batteries! No refunds!

kat, i see no reason why that mod won't take a flat top - i believe the provari is the only one that won't for safety. if you should end up with them make sure you mark the batteries in such a way that you cannot confuse the positive and negative ends!

The thing about the LG's is they were tested by the factory at 30 amps then rated at 20 for safety I guess
I don't even know what mod you're buying, let alone what battery you should buy! But I know general specs of stuff as quoted. And like I said, ask or do research. <<--- I did say that. Ask em.I know!!!
Look for details, like max amp rating, like IMR, like reputation and reviews (from your RESEARCH), like manufacturer recommendations for specs, and mostly, reading up.
That 20 amp limit on the battery Kat listed is the lowest I'd go for these mods, and really I'd want MORE than that. But if OBG says it's OK for 60 watts, fine by me.
Hmmm...let's see....60 watts / 3.5 volts = 17.14 amps. Close. But that doesn't tell me everything, because VV and also because that's at battery 1/2 done voltage and IDK the 'overhead' of the mod)
Chances are you won't run it near 60 watts anyway. What really bothers me is that there's fakes on the market. So IDK who to order from these days. Check reviews here on ECF.
