Hey Bear, how did your doctor visit go?
Doc visit went well (or as well as I could expect). He seemed pleased about the progress but - of
course - wanted to know when I planned to quit completely. (NOTHING is ever good enough,
right?) I said I had no idea and there's a chance I may be a dual user for quite a while. He said
his husband (yes, he "is" and they "are") quit and uses vaping stuff. I mentioned that his guy
should Google "FDA deeming" and get educated. Soon.

That is pretty darn tame! Yeah, my doctor asks me every time I go in if I smoke ... I want to growl "don't you keep records??!!??"

Got home about a half hour ago from our overnight trip to Palm Beach to visit cousin......
Traffic was light and we made it in 3 hrs, instead of the usual 3.5 hours.....started raining hard the last half hour so very glad to be home.
