They got a signal from that EgyptAir flight's emergency locators (not black boxes though).
Odd. Usually get that in first few HOURS after a crash, not a week later.

It's about time couldn't pay me to fly on a plane made by Airbus that;s like #4 now I think

Those might be water activated and float,if that's the case they could be a long ways from the plane by now

They're located by satellite. Usually within HOURS of the crash. Hours. (hours)

have a long enough extension cord, carry the charger with you where ever
you go in the house.
