You might want to watch this if you haven't already ***** Warning YOU Will not be in a good mood when done ****

21:17

Q: "Can I GIVE my old ENDS equipment to a friend for their personal use?"

A: "In this case, you are not selling anything, so you would not meet the definition
of a tobacco product retailer."

BINGO!!!

Retailers break the packaging, making the stuff "old"... no longer "new".

Retailers ask for a "donation" (not payment for a product). They could register as a
charitable organization.

Product sent as a "thank you" for the donation. Like calendars and return address labels.

That reminds me of the guy that had a "diner" in a trail park serving breakfast: 2 eggs, bacon, toast, and a free six pack of beer for $20. the authorities did shut him down.:?:

OMG! Jim Bakker, of Jim & Tammie Fay fame, has a show on tv and he's giving financial advise. I know why I never watch tv now other than sports. And for a $110 donation, he'll send you a video and a book.

I'm stuck inside. Storms are rolling over the island.

OK, then...

Retailers could open go-fund-me pages. People send "funds" after browsing a totally different
site for products and doing math * . "Stuff" appears in the mail, magically.

* - The math thing could be a sticking point. It assumes skill and intelligence.

You know, they PROBABLY made the right decision. A human child is not as strong as a baby gorilla. He could have killed the kid just moving him around.

That said, it was real sad/tragic.
I hope there's a nice spot in gorilla heaven for this guy. It wasn't his fault. I mean, it really looked like he was protecting the kid. Hard to say. IDK enough about them, maybe the kid was a "prize".

100% (+) blame to the adult who was NOT doing his/her job. Completely. Totally.

lol. none of it is going to work. I think ordering directly from china would be the best way to go for vaping gear. sure the authorities will get some of it, but enough will get thru. juice will be easier to obtain. look where the war on drugs got us. it didn't stop anything... it just made a bunch of Al Capone's. the black market is going to be huge.

All it takes is 2 seconds for a kid to slip behind a shrub and then crawl away.

I agree, she's ....got too many kids to watch at once apparently and should have been more diligent. But, crap happens. Kids get lost in stores, etc. all the time. I mean "lost child" is not exactly uncommon. Sure, it SHOULD never happen. But ...

I feel sorry for her too I think. She probably feels like crap. Bet she does a better job of watching the kids in the future.

It all just sucks.

On the ?bright side?, NETs are going to be REAL popular in a few years. The tech won't go away. And I don't trust BT's chemical-cocktails at all.
