Habes you ever tried dinking Apple Cider Vinegar ? I always do dats and it helps me lots. 2Tablespoons in a cuppa water, you can add a tad ub lemon juice iffin ya like. It has lotsa health benefits for you body. Tastes horrible but it does good fer ya. Clears out and cleans up you guts
