It was/is fine as of April. Ultrasound and EKG. Cardiologist
said "see you in 2019".

It's only when I'm doing stuff outdoors.

It took THREE MONTHS to finally settle the erroneous bill for that
EKG mentioned above. THREE MONTHS. I'm in no hurry to add
another round of "stress". It's all THEIR fault, the incompetent
clods.

But... there is ALWAYS SOMETHING to "huff and puff about".

For instance... that fence thing next door. It was 8:30 PM (!!!) last night
and he turns on the back yard lights and starts working on more of the
fence stuff. 8:30PM!!! What the hell was wrong with the entire under-70-
degree DAY??? But, no... manual post hole digger... KA-CHUNK! KER-CHUNK!
And this is very close to the bedroom side of OUR house. KA-CHUNK! Even
after 9:30... KER-CHUNK! DIG DIG DIG!!! KA-CHUNK.

What is WRONG with people, anyway???

Good morning snails. :)
Thanks for breakfast, Dale.

Yeah, another busy day here. Hopefully the last full day. GF should sign the papers with the realtor tomorrow. If the rain holds off I should be in GREAT shape with my parts of the projects. And even if not, I'm OK.
Mostly just me finishing up some stuff in backyard, then it's all re-wash all windows, vacuum, dust, final scrubbing of anything that got messed up before, garage stuff straiten up. Me, her and her grandson. MAYBE rain will hold off. Maybe.

We've been at this for a month, but the last two weeks have been particularly intense:
Finish up some brick-re-work in backyard (capstones).
Get pool ready.
Sweep pool several times.
New Garbage disposal.
Cutting backyard grass and trimming
New bi-fold Door on "pantry".
Fix other bi-fold door
new fan replacing old fan in Y-BathRoom (Y-BR)
Fix/patch any holes in drywall (nails).
Pre-painter prep.
Painting one full room (2 colors).
Moving furniture.
Painting/scrubbing doors
Scrubbing walls that aren't painted.
Washing all woodwork
Washing all shelves
Weeding and weed-killer application
Fixed towel rack the got...uh...broke.
Haul and carry 1,000,000 things.
20 things I probably forgot, bunch of stuff on HER list.

Her grandson helped with a bunch of stuff 3 or more days a week (great kid).

Her son and his GF helped wash the outside of the kitchen cabinets, helped move stuff in the basement, and took care of the koi while complaining I wasn't doing enough (see list above). If they spend 5 hours each I'd be surprised.

But, on the whole, we should be done today. Maybe a bit Monday morning. She moves the animals out today and get set to move in with her son (The Irony! The sheer joy! I won't go into details, but this should be hilarious. He has plenty of room.)
