A neighbor friend who opted to stay sent a video of our home as well as a few others. A lot of trees felled in the neighbor's but our 5 live oaks are still standing!!! They're probably a bit weak, but we'll deal with that later. Power is still out, but they have generators.
Hubby wants to head back tomorrow, but I'm hesitant! Hope I can work some magic, but doubt it, cause this Residence Inn is totally full, and we've already extended twice. About 50% of evacuees are here!
