good morning all

there is wood flooring in the addition now. I opened an imgur account- but haven't uploaded. I'll be deleting my PB account- but i want to be sure that all of my pictures on PB go away (i found how to delete- but i keep getting an error message- arg)

is there any way to get rid of the message at the top of the forum about turning off adblocker? I'm a supporting member, which means i don't see the ads anyway...the site is supported by ads and by supporting members. just sayin'

I'm guessing one of the code-monkeys forgot to check for that during some code revisions/upgrades/mods or something. It's a fair question, and something for @retired1, maybe in the forum-help area.

I'm not a supporting member (oh the shame), but I don't seen any ads. I didn't turn on any adblocker, but I do have Malwarebytes running.

it is an absolutely beautiful day here. not a cloud in the sky. I want to hit the beach, but we have football today, ALL DAY. I think i'm going to a beach bar and watch today.

Pepper, yes, we got real, tongue/groove wood flooring that was painstaking assembled by hand by a single guy yesterday. He did an amazing job. we'll have tile in the kitchen and new bath.

Pepper, yes, we got real, tongue/groove wood flooring that was painstaking assembled by hand by a single guy yesterday. He did an amazing job. we'll have tile in the kitchen and new bath.

excellent! I assume this was prefinished. I used to have a wood flooring business. I luv how you explained the install: he painstakingly assembled it by hand. I think that was a good choice to have tile in the kitchen and bath and not wood.

I would soooo love to get rid of the carpeting in this house !
I just HAD to have very light sand colored carpeting !. We are coffee drinkers...and I recon we are messier than I thought. There is a constant dribble trail of dots to clean up from the kitchen to the front door !

btw, pepper - i just read where a restaurant owner in the middle keys donated all their freezer stuff (seafood) to be cooked for the volunteer helpers. now i wonder if yours really wasn't fit for cooking
