    Hiya,gracie,atty and dale:)
    Hi Fran :)

So strange. I never saw a notice about AdBlocker, but I saw, earlier today, a big rectangular ad (just under the search box) for Broke Dick and some other vendors. Now it's gone. Weird.

Hi, Gracie, Tibs, Classy, Atty, Frannie, Dale, Kat...

    (((((Bear))))))
    Hey Katya :)

    Hi again, all.

Another hot one here. It was still 91 at 7:30. (shakes head). Felt like 100 today, but probably around mid 90's.
    Joining us are ya'. ;)
    Not fun is it!

    That's too hot.............
    Sure is!

    Thursday... fine, fine, fine...

Yesterday, she was TRYING to eat but her head was shaking (like a
tremor) and when she looked up, I saw one whole side of her face was
swollen. So much her right eye was closed shut. I opened the door and
she stated to run away but was falling all over herself. That was the
last time I saw her... but she's on a deck chair now. ( :) that she
showed up.) Pretty dark, but I can still see something very large
(lemon-sized) on the side of her head. :( It *MUST* hurt.

It's disturbing how it came on so fast. It's also frustrating because I
cannot grab and get her to a vet. She needs it. I'll see if the Crazy
Cat Lady down the road has a trap. I'll end up with a possum, racoon
or skunk. (I could also end up with Oreo ensnared... which would be
    good, too.)

    .....
    "
Causes of Facial Swelling in Cats: A number of different factors can cause
facial swelling in cats, some which are more severe than others. To ensure
your cat is properly treated, take him to an emergency vet as soon as possible.

    Some of the causes include:
    Allergic reaction
    Dental abscess
    Facial trauma
    Insect/snake bite
    Muscle inflammation
    Inflamed salivary glands
    Acetaminophen poisoning
    Cancer
    Hematoma
    Infection
    "

...but no mention of impaired coordination or head tremors along with the swelling.

For someone like myself who usually goes to bed between 10-11 pm and wakes up between 5-6 in this waking up at 3-4 is the pits. That hospital stay has me all turned around. It will pass, I know!

    Good morning

Hoping for the same from Bear, Tibs

definitely the pits! and i have no idea why i wake up at such an ungodly hour :?: i usually do read till almost 11pm and 5 hours of sleep don't cut it :(
    Sorry ladies :(
Been dealing with that kind of sleep pattern myself for about 17 years now ... it gets mighty old

Looks like you're going to have to wait for ECF to wake up before you get breakfast ;)
