I'm going to make some of my famous Pepper's Hot Pepper Sauce. Well, it only became famous this year because last year was the first time I made it. A note of caution when making Hot Pepper sauce: Always make sure you do so in a well ventilated area.
Yeah, I kinda glossed over that warning and made it in the kitchen last winter while I was all warm and toasty. My eyes welled up with tears and I started coughing and couldn't stop.
I ended up having to open the entire house in the dead of winter.
It turned out awesome with beautiful flavor and Hot, Hot, Hot. I'm making it outside this year on the burner attached to the grill.
