And a good "All Saints Day" (for those to who it may apply)... or "Day After
Halloween" (for those who were descended upon by hordes of begging
rugrats) or "Wednesday" for the rest of you.

..........

And a "Happy 6th Birthday" to Clare, The Neediest Most-Vocal Cat in the
Rochester, NY, metro area:

Tried to move up my Primary doc appointment from the 17th with
no luck. I even had the bloodwork done early just in case it could
happen. I want to discuss:

...Knee

Then I thought: I do not need a referral for an orthopedic doc visit.
So I called around. ALL are booking 3 to 4 weeks out. So, I have
a visit scheduled on the 20th. I looked at "Meet Our Team" on the
website and see the doc is a "Family Medicine" member. ??? Ummm..
isn't my Primary doc "Family Medicine"??? Should I not be seeing a
"real" joint-problem doc? Calling them back at 09h00.

...Sweating ( Snails - Response on Threads Part 8 )

Guess that has to wait. But the problem has continued, even through
yesterday. Mid-40s, raking, sweat. The 'net makes mention of thyroid
as being a possible culprit. Both hyper and hypo. I'm pretty sure the
traditional bloodwork covers thyroid function. But I'm not experiencing
any other side effects of either condition.

..........

Speaking of medical stuff: OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR 2018 ACA STARTS
TODAY!!! (I can't wait to start hearing about the premium/deductible/
co-pay complaints due to you-know-who's interloping into the process.)

ACA RENEWALS start the 15th... I believe. (I can't wait to see what
snags and problems I have THIS year... #5.)
