Happy birthday, Frannie!
Something I've observed with Zuzu this past week or so...at some point during the night, now that the cold weather has become more consistent, she makes her way to the bed and plops herself next to my left shin; somehow, I noticed not being able to fully roll over in the middle of the night. So, yay for that!
However, she has also figured out that the sheet covers my legs (still too warm for the down comfy-tor) and impedes my egress from the bed. When I don't get out of bed after the alarm has sounded (radio station), which she has to check out every time, she has taken to trying to pull the sheet off of me in her own kitty way - scratching at the "corner", head bonking my side, and nosing to get under the sheet. She's so sweet!
Lev-Lev just lays in his bed, which is on the other side of my bed. From the look I see on his face when I finally get up, I'd say he thinks glaring is enough to light a fire under my behind.

There's a first.All 4 of my kids checked with Happy Birthday's on fb along with a bunch of grand-kids and friends. The only one of my kids that picks up a phone anymore is my baby girl.

BTW, my kids don't respond to phone calls well, either. But send then a text and they respond immediately. It's almost as though they need to SEE what you have to say to them.

I don't think Merlin feels well. He wasn't underfoot all day yesterday, he stayed in the front room on a blanket, didn't sleep with me last night and today he has stayed the whole day in the front room again.
