There are "other areas" of ECF which will have the desired effect. Places
where it is the S O S over and over and over and over again and will have
a hypnotic effect on a "normal" person. Apparently, there are those who
are immune to the effect.

I've often thought about adopting a "special needs" cat at some point but
Hus is of the mind it could be just inviting problems and expense.
But we've always said any new cat - at any point and in any state of health -
would be an adult, since they have a more difficult time being adopted.
Kittens have that "cute factor" going for them.
There will be a new-to-the-household feline at some point.
