Good morning all (again).
Lunch today: Sabich Sandwich
This was good. And veggie-ish (it has egg.)
And my fried eggplant was a bit oily. :/ I had to use it up, it was just sitting in the fridge. Hence this sandwich.
I didn't have the amba sauce, nor a mango, but I had some mixed fruit cups, so I threw that in there for sweetness.

count your blessings! anything burned up won't register as much on the landfill scalesperhaps i'll post pictures of the construction dumpster fire... apparently someone was dumpster diving with a lit cig and dropped it. at least he had the courtesty to call teh fire department before driving away (the electricians saw him calling at the same time they saw the flames)
