The stupid nurse that called first confirmed that hubs had pancreatitis and after that she told him he had an appointment at the cancer center. What would you think?

Yes indeed. The upcoming worry is colon cancer. We won't mention the liver at this time.

try to put it out of your head somehow till you're working with facts and ignore that nurse! bad enough that there's seems to be reason for concern you don't need to create nightmares for yourself and hubs before the proper tests are done,

Very true.The appointment is with gastroenterology and hematology.It just happens to be in the cancer center.

I have good news for now. The appointment is in the cancer center but not a cancer dr. Gastroenterology and hematology.

One day at a time, Fran.......I know that's easier said than done but know that you and hubs are at the top of my list for my daily prayers.

Hubs has had chronic acute pancreatitis for years. The first year was really rough going.

Anyway the tests on his pancreas were. Blood test for enzyme level. He takes enzyme pills because his pancreas fails to do that anymore.On the urine test. His urine was clear,no blood or any else bad. The best news is no bilirubin in his urine. Good sign for the liver I'm hoping.

His enzymes were fine
