It went easier for me to go to half caf first. Still drink it now and then, but, mostly decaf.

Some days I don't have any.
Last night, got caught up in a late night movie which ended at 3:30 am, and it played havoc with my sleep...big time.....busy morning trying to catch up, but still haven't. ah well. Great movie, nevertheless. 'Tomorrow is Forever' with Claudette Colbert, Orson Welles and Natalie Woods when she was 8 yrs. old!!!

what where you doing up that late to begin with? that's a 90-minute movie which means you started watching at 2am!!!!!!!!!!! 
I made the mistake of turning on the TV while in in bed....hate when I do that......I usually like dark and quiet, but for whatever reason, needed some stimulus... so and so on. DH fell asleep on the sofa and didn't want to wake him

We barely got anything, just some flakes and wet pavement. Kids still got to go to school late, anyway, somehow...that didn't happen when I was a kidi think stone is getting the snow showers we were promised
We got just enough to make it bad this morning. 2 hr. school delay. But it was okay when I went to foot doctor's. Have to wear an air cast for a few weeks. Achille's tendonitis, which I've had before. Can't take steroids or NSAIDS, so stuck with a cast, which I cant get until Friday, cause they don't have an opening until then. That's okay though, I've been hobbling around for about 6 weeks with it. Have had it before, many years ago. Fun times, but, in the overall scheme of things, a walk in the park!!
