Well the older brother's son brought me in a little wood. Got to a new row that nobody can reach so I backed the JD over and got in the back to take it down and load the JD. Brought in 2-3 armfuls and old friend came along and finished the job for me.

Hiya Stone! :) You been hiding from us?

Another REALLY rainy day. Tomorrow to be 74 and I see a new foot doctor at 10. Heel is not healing (little play on words there) and I was not pleased with last doc. Had him before and liked him, but he was too abrupt and didn't really examine my heel very well!:grr:

Last night, Maddy got into 3 Hersheys dark kisses. We panicked, called emergency, they told us to give her tsp of hydrogen peroxide. Now, mind you, I've given that to Puggers before and she REFUSED to gack, took her (Puggers) to hospital where they gave her more and she STILL refused. Brought her (Puggers) home and she was fine. ANYWAY, we gave it to little baby Maddy and I barely got her on the floor before she gave up the kisses. It looked like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory in here!!!!! So glad we got it out of her, even though the emergency vets said she was on the high end of safe. I couldn't believe how much she brought up. I felt SOOOOOOOOOOO bad cause I was the one who left them lay on the end table, which she never bothered before. SO, lesson learned.

Good evening and goodnight Snails. Sleep well, sweet dreams and a better tomorrow for all :)

"Fido" managed to get into some chocolate on a Halloween when I lived at GF's place (it was on the top-BACK of a chair, but he jumped up there and got into it somehow...he' wasn't prone to that, but with all those kiddies getting treats, I guess he wanted his share. GF was all guilty about it.

But he was a 100 lb dog, so he could take a lot. Didn't kill him, anyway. Yeah, I called the vet.

I think vets (and emergency pet hospitals in particular) make a lot of $$$ of chocolate. ;)
