I just get annoyed that there's an ADDITIONAL fee of 24.99 to e-file within TurboTax. And if you had multi-state requirements (I don't), then you'd have to pay extra for an additional state(s). It's all corporatist charge B.S.

I mean the cost of the software should be sufficient to cover the services...if "they" want to increase the base cost I guess they can, but the rest is "cost of doing business". But I think they make "fee income" off of it, I don't think they're just passing along the costs of the state's system, presumptuously, since there's free-efile sites for my state.

State is "pending". Meh. I don't anticipate any problems.

Hubs is off to his chiro. So glad we were able to put new tires on the truck. Got several months to save for car tires and they will be studded for winter.

They allow studs? (I guess if he has a plow service, that isn't surprising. Besides, you can put your own tires on and off, right?) Good move.

No plow service. He just plows 4-5 people here on the hill. Studs are allowed on the roads here between certain months. Nov-May I think. Nope we can't even change our own tires. Tire machine changes up to 17 inch tires. Our tires on the car and pick-up are 18 inch.Can't afford new tire machine so we just have to have them changed.

No, but all of the water bodies around us have flood warnings. We got 3 inches of rain last night, but I think we needed it.

It's good to "see" everyone and hang out a bit! I'm still in a little bit of a whirlwind. Things might calm down soon...or I might get another job that will require more hours...interesting times to be me, LOL
