My mom can't decide if she's wearing nylons (slacks) with an open-toed shoe. It's not a true sandal, it's a flat with kind of a wide-straps-top with "peep toe". Black shoes, black pants. I don't know sh** about women's fashion.

It doesn't look bad as the seam is hidden, but the toes look darker.

What's the rule? Is there one? Should she go barefoot, black sheer hose or nude-hose? She wants opinions.
