Went to visit a very close friend who's been pretty ill for the past several years. She was a nurse on an Alzheimer's unit and LOVED her patients, and now she is suffering with the onset of dementia. Was so active ALL the time. She has a lot of physical things wrong, too. And is only 63. We've been friends for 33 years and she still knows me, but she can't finish a lot of thoughts and can't comprehend anything harder than a grocery flyer. Breaks my heart in half, but she has people who love her and that's a plus. It was a wonderful visit, as we sat outside on the porch and reminisced. The sun was out and a nice breeze was blowing. But then the humidity and my tiredness set in. I made it about 4 hours, though. I love my friends so much and she was always so good to me and for me. I just hope she can maintain as long as possible.

No cancer, Fatty Liver...
Maybe now he will listen to me about his diet, I've told him for years he is heading for liver and diabetes problems.
gonna make it an early night in here. still have lots more prep work to do for the move
