Your going to need one and a good set of gauges to do it right, harbor freight sells one that will work :2c:

Thanks for the heads up, OBG...what little I've read says to replace a bunch of other parts in the A/C system. I was also thinking about replacing the serpentine belt while I had the compressor off.

Not sure what a good shop would charge but by the time you buy all the tools you need you might be better off letting someone that does it every day do it,and then there's the warranty to think about it might be void if you do it check it out first :2c:

And we're home... with no attempted delivery of parcel. The vet did not
mention bloodwork... and I certainly did not bring it up, either. It's been
14 months, so maybe that's borderline "OK" as per their specs. He received
a big thumbs-up on his health, otherwise. :)

    Sigh. I'll cross-post a mention to them.
    TY :)

The entire site is unsafe, but, hey. Whatever. I'm clicking nothing. Let 'em have at it.

I have heard Norton has its quirks, but I - myself - have NEVER had any problem with it.
So, I'll believe what it says.

Why do instruction manuals put dark blue text/icons on a black background?
    Who can read that?

I also now have to figure out how to connect the mod with an Android bluetooth
app. Guess the tablet will need to be used... because what I want to do can only
be done via bluetooth due to the unreadable blue on black. Grr.

    "Android 4.3 and up".

    Grr.

Time to download the manual and read it on PC.
