Been awake since before 4. UGH!!! My eyes are closing by 7 at night these days. Wish I could change that....

ditto! and highly annoying - eyes are closed for sure by 9 ...... sigh, especially because the boy and gf are coming to visit today

I have friends my age who are wide awake until midnight, and some even later. I was blaming it on age, but I guess it's just in our genetic make up or something. Have tried several methods to change it, but, no go. I'm happy when I sleep until 5:30, and that's with sporadic wakeups from about 4 on.....sigh....It's just about impossible to make ANY evening plans, as I cannot stay awake.

doubtful genetics don't change - my mother used to complain that i barely woke up in time for lunch; in nyc i wouldn't dream of going out before 11pm!

Very true. I used to go out all night dancing. We left around 10pm. I was once able to sleep until 10 or so and sometimes later. What do you think it is, Tibs???
