    morning, gracie and atty! ;)

kat, occular migraines should last only 15 minutes or so and while in the midst of them it's best to rest the eyes, period!

Thanks, Tibs. Yes, I know, but I think the bright screens are triggering them more often. Trying to find ways to have them less often. I never got them until about a year ago. Weird, huh? No migraine, for which I am extremely grateful, but the lights and stuff can give you a mild headache and it sure doesn't help the woozies and off balance!

    Good morning,

Yes, that stark white screen is offensive to my eyes also this morning, so I, too changed to the dark screen, at least for now.
Good morning Gracie :) You too? :(

Bottom left corner of the page where it says "ECF" or something...hover over it it says "Style Chooser"... change the theme.

Good morning Dale, Tibs, Fran, Kat, Gracie, snails....
Good morning Atty :) So much simpler

Kind of depends on how long it lasts. .... and they are often related to my sinuses so I might have a headache anyway

I’ll never forget the first time I had one, was shopping for groceries and thought I was having a stroke  An elderly lady I worked with finally gave me the diagnosis.

It is scary if you don't know what it is! Scared me the first time, too!

Most of the time, NO. A few times, they have, especially early on. Or at least it seemed like it. I didn't time it, but when you are having them, it seems like forever. Today's was maybe 1/2 hour, at most. Why?

Chilly and rainy, Folks....Sad and dreary in Pittsburgh....

Good evening and goodnight, Snails. Sleep well, sweet dreams and a better tomorrow for all :)

In the beginning they did, I’ve since learned how to handle them better ;) Still aggravating as all get out!
They sure are, Dale. Not easy trying to read that close captioning, huh? That picture Tibs posted describes mine very well, for the most part!

There’s no reading when it happens ;)

Sit down or lay down and close your eyes, generally 15 minutes like that will take care of it.

    Have a good night :)

pretty sure extended duration needs checking ;) also, make sure both eyes are affected, one eye only is not so good, if i remember right!
    night, kat! :)

Well, just had eye exam late September and brain MRI last week. Should be good to go there, I hope! Night! And yes, both eyes affected.
