They're digital and hide behind ear, with little wire and mike with a tiny tip on it that goes in the ear. I love them, but getting tired of having to go to ENT to get tips pulled out of my ear with a really long tweezer thing. Hurts a bit. But, the tip doesn't hurt at all. It's just in there blocking some of my hearing.
