OK, so Bed Bath and Beyond + FedEx saga day 9.
No package today.
No phone call or email update today.
Called them again. Talked to Leeland yesterday and ?Seanrika? today. She says she'll "reach out" to the warehouse again. If they do a duplicate order, that takes a couple days, and there's no guarantee it will get here by Christmas. I can pick stuff up locally, so that's probably what I'll do. But I don't want a package to be in progress AND pick stuff up locally, and someone somewhere has lost this package. She says FedEx doesn't always update the order until near delivery, (but if so, it's two days late now.)
So I'm planning on giving it another day, then I'll request a refund I guess. Then, of course, a package will show up and I'll have to return it to BBB locally. Grrrrrrr. What a mess.
I suppose it's possible that BBB shipped it, and FedEx lost it (but it should have had an arrival scan somewhere, right?)
Then again, it's possible BBB never shipped it.
Grrrrrr
