Early here too. There was a "big bang" sound that woke us up, and I had to "go check the house" and so getting up woke me up.

Was probably an "ice boom" off the lake. Or expansion/contraction issues with the deck or something. Or a damn bird hit the window. Or whatever. No problems found.
