It IS out of my hands. My brother hates confrontation, so he pretends NOTHING happened, although he acknowledges how much I have missed through the last 20 years. As far as my eldest niece, they kept her out of the loop, as they know how close we are. WE have speculated over the years, but, for the life of me, I cannot think of ONE, single thing I could have done to deserve this. Took care of Mom on my OWN. I went to ALL the kids sporting events as they grew up. I just don't know. I'm supposed to meet with my brother's lady friend, with whom he broke up last summer, as she "claims" to know something. That meeting is scheduled for Monday, but, now, it will depend on what's going on with my brother.

Good morning Dale....and thanks....Over the years, I have surrounded myself with friends that are kind and good and they became my family. Reuniting with my brother meant the world to me, even IF he wouldn't tell me what they "perceive" I did. Families can be so strange. I dared to be myself back in the 70s. Faced MUCH backlash for several years, but, acceptance came slowly and completely within the family. I used to laugh and say that maybe they all thought my mom hid a ton of money in her mattress. She was on SSI at the end of her life.
