I came home yesterday to a freaking trampoline in the yard next door...
Their back yard is up to my side yard (they are around the corner)
There are no fences and this is one of those HUGE things and they have it all the way to the property line.
LOVELY view looking at the front of my house !

Yep we have filed a complaint - not only for the eyesore but that there is not only no sufficient fence - there is NO fence.

(like I really believe that they got permission to put that up anyhoo...)

And it's about 10 feet behind my bed and you can hear them screaming like they are right at the house wall.

That stinks, Classy! Our back neighbor just put up a fence and now the deer we've enjoyed for over 14 years don't have access to roam through except for a tiny passageway.

Ordinances can work for ya or against ya.....hope in your case, they work for ya!
