Negligent homicide doesn't mean it was deliberate, Fran.

night, gracie! ;)

maybe driving with defective equipment? if he got on the road knowingly with something he shouldn't have that might do it. if he was drunk i'm sure we would have heard. :?: guess we'll find out ...

They did a blood test on him, so toxicology should come back soon. Could be an accident. Could be he fell asleep. Who knows? Check his cell phone for texting too.

I find it hard to fathom that he just decided to off a bunch of bikers while working and pulling a trailer, but you never know these days, eh? More likely he was messed-up on something, or otherwise negligent.

We got to 80 today but low humidity again.Very nice day. Tomorrow the rain is back and 68.
I don’t know how high we got but the humidity is pretty bad here.

    morning, frannie! ;)

My SIL thought that he would be charged with negligent manslaughter at the worse. Cops had a reason to up that to negligent homicide.
There are similarities between the charge of criminally negligent homicide and manslaughter. Both crimes involve the killing of another person without premeditation. However, the punishment for criminally negligent homicide is less severe than manslaughter, which refers to the death of another person caused by recklessness.

Good morning, Fran and Tibs :)
You need more sleep , Fran!

The whole motorcycle thing is beyond sad for everyone involved....

We had some really nasty storms come through last night. Kinda scary,as we were under a tornado watch, too. Thankfully, all seems well this morning. :)
