On TV? Or are we talking about books? We watched some Scandinavian murder mysteries some time ago; they were good, albeit rather depressing. The Girl with a Dragon Tattoo, etc. (the Millennium Trilogy by Stieg Larsson)--both books and films are great but really heavy duty.

I like Bosch series on Amazon Prime because it's well done and I love Michael Connelly's books. Read every single one of them.

Right now we're watching DCI Banks, Vera and Jack Taylor (Netflix and Amazon Prime)--all BBC, all good. Vera is a bit like an English version of Columbo. ;) And all considerably less depressing than anything that Scandinavia has to offer. :)

    nope ;) reading is still my favorite way to relax at the end of the day! haven't had the tv on since last june when dh went to al.
