Morning to all:) up in the middle of the night again but got back to sleep this time

But I'm over it. ;)

Snowing. Grrrr.
Got the leaves all mulched up yesterday, and one tree in the front had leaves yet, and it decided to drop a bunch more last night. Snowing now. Groan.

Actually, Tibs... WEGMANS is a part of it. Believe it or not.

Nothing is ever as easy as anybody promises.

But, progress is being made. Frustration and :facepalm: still rule, though.

My Dad has had seven (7) ongoing scripts for YEARS.

For YEARS, he has had to call in at refill time... for YEARS, I have had to go pick them up.

He's getting older.
He cannot deal with phone menu trees anymore.
He's run out of pills at times.

So... Wegmans has auto-refill PLUS home delivery as a free service. On 30oct19, I put in the call
to switch all his scripts FROM Tops TO Wegmans AUTO-REFILL and HOME DELIVERY. They promise
something like "Just call us! We'll take care of the rest!!!"

Liars.

As of today, EVERYTHING is still in limbo. I set up his online account. I created an eMail account
for him. I connected them. His prescription screen as of today still says:

...and now he is down to 1 or 2 pills on 3 of his scripts.

So... I called. AGAIN, by the way.

I started out by asking if the person was comfortable, had coffee or some such liquid
refreshment, and if it was getting close to lunch time. Because we were going to be
talking for quite a while.

I went down the list of seven (7) scripts... one by one... to get the current status.

End result: 3 are being mailed out by end of day today. THREE more have YET to be
verified/approved by his doctor (MY responsibility!... but NOBODY tells me this stuff),
and one is simply waiting for the proper time to be refilled.

"Just call us! We'll take care of the rest!!!"

Lying sacks of imbecile.
