New kitty still in "confinement" stage... except for a brief actual encounter
with Ty-Grr. He was curious... she hissed. Ty-Grr walked quickly away. I
feel so badly for him... no other cat has ever wanted to be "friends". I'm
remaining cautiously optimistic that the hiss was simply a defensive reaction
and will not mean anything... in the LONG term.

Anyway...

    "Kawaii"??? (I will Google shortly.)

She GIVES headbutts freely. She is super-friendly with us. Hus has slept
with her in the confinement room the last two nights. He's really sucking
up to her. That's OK... I have her the rest of the day. I only only only
want there to be peace with Ty-Grr. It is HIS home.

    ..........

Dad's power steering... "just" the line going from reservoir to the power
steering rack. Broke at the junction. He also had the slow leak in one
    tire repaired. What's next???

    .........

Done feeding NUTTY Cat Lady's outside ferals. Doesn't she CALL ME at
QUARTER TO TEN last night to thank me?!?! QUARTER TO TEN!!! Who
in the HELL does that? I was SLEEPING... and I only pick up because Dad
might be calling (or someone calling ABOUT him), the answering unit is
too far away to hear/screen calls from the bedroom. I asked her, "What
TIME is it?" because 1.) I did not know 2.) Felt like I had been sleeping a
    while.

Unless you KNOW the person you are calling will be AWAKE and/or NOT
OCCUPIED, outgoing calls should STOP at 8pm... the latest. How RUDE
it is to call someone at 9:45pm. I could be 1.) sleeping, 2.) watching
something on television, 3.) "occupied". My God.

    Grrr.

    Grrr.

YAY! If she's the one hissing, she's the one that feels threatened, correct? I'm no cat expert, but I usually try to follow Jackson Galaxy's advice when I'm having trouble with the feline Wookies. Whatever I've done so far has enable me to pick up Zuzu whenever I want about 7.83 times out of 10. :p

    .........

    .........

    Unless I KNOW the person, I don't call past 8:30pm. If I know you, I don't call past 10pm.

She came from a home where the other cat terrorized her. So much that the other cat
had to be confined almost all of the time. So, I can understand her fear of other cats
(ie: hiss). I'm just hoping she realizes that Ty-Grr poses no physical threat and life will
    go on in Paradise.

    ..........

The AC was completely replaced Spring 2015.

    ..........

I hate the telephone and its privacy-invasion and disruption capabilities.
