not convinced - 5% is not an earthshaking number and how did the numbers compare to the neighboring states BEFORE pot was legal? were they really inline or was there always a fluctuation?

Not much data out there yet. Another tibbit I came across beer sales have dropped in states that made it legal. There is also that thing about keeping out young peoples hands of cause the law says you can't sell it to them but that didn't stop them from getting beer did it - something about brain growth development.
