    For now I'll leave my Good morning right here for all you snails to read.

    Yep! Been up since 1:30 browsing the board and listening to some Bill Gates videos. Sooner or later ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

    I think this video from 2013 is my favorite. Must have listen to it more than five times during the last few years. Am waiting for his reactor to become a reality. He said by 2022. :banana:

    You guys shouldn't get up, if that's not working for you. For some, you get up for a few minutes, then go back to sleep. But for others...try staying in bed anyway. Don't turn on the computer, or tv, or reading lights. That will reset your circadian rhythm (blue light in particular, and that's a component of white light). Stay in bed for the duration and train yourself to stay there, bathroom breaks excepted.

    Maybe that will help. Just lay there and meditate/think/plan or count sheep. In the dark.
    That's assuming that getting up for a bit and going back to bed doesn't work for ya. Do something different.

    Also exercise during the day helps.
