No online scheduling until things pass. "Wellness visits" don't pick up again untilThey don't. It's really amazing...they PAY HUMANS to respond to both phone calls AND to the online scheduling. And they do it! They don't even have to know which way "YOU" intend to do it! You can alternate, phone one time, online the next! You could roll dice to see which way you should schedule next.
Explain it to him using an D&D analogy, with random events. That might help. You can be the DM.
