Yeah, we did that too.
And I made a ton of deviled ham (underwood style). It was good. Ate quite a bit of it. Mom has decided she's not a fan. IDK why, her tastes change I guess. Anyway, I failed to freeze that, so I should probably
throw the rest out now (about ?a pound?). It's over a week old.
But I ate plenty, and there's several of slices of ham that were frozen!
I have too much in the freezer. Some stuff is old, I need to clean it out, haven't pulled it all out and sorted in a year! Oy! Stuff just "collects", and that's bad. But I've been hesitant to
throw too much out, there's a pending meat crisis on the horizon due to this pandemic. Most of the frozen stuff in the freezer is meat, ground beef, pork, chicken.
I was going to make some ice cream, as I have the ingredients, but I don't have room to fit the ice-cream-maker bowl.

First world problems, eh? I should have solved this a month ago since there were days where it didn't get above freezing outside. Would have had plenty of "natural storage" for frozen things.
Ramble.
Good morning snails. Glad you're set for easy dinners for a bit, Tibby.
