maybe virginia won't be the tail light - there's hope yet for nc
unfortunately, the senate doesn't lean that way. maybe just ousting trump will be enough for some cooperation - fingers crossed

There's a very slim chance the Senate could tie, and then the VP (Harris) would cast deciding votes. But not looking good.
