For me and SIL, fried potatoes with cut up corned beef and onions. Dd and son headed back to Mandi’s rental in Marlow. SIL told her he didn’t want to drive all the way up there alone but I know he just plain didn’t want to go.

I want a soft shell crab sandwich, but have to settle on a grilled cheese tonight.

Beautiful! I like to parboil 'em then drain and fry in butter with some old bay and serve on some squishy bread.
