I am looking at property for a future build. Forget about florida right now. I found a 1 acre parcel in Collier County (Naples area). March of this year they were asking $12,500 for it. Currently, $44,000. lol
I am also looking at property in Maine. If I go this route, it will be an "off-grid" build with acreage of 50-100 acres. Looking at doing a cabin style build.Pepper Luigi will be able to walk out his door and take down a bull moose for dinner.

Well, she adopted "sleepy" (they were named after Disney dwarfs) and instantly renamed her. 4 months old, cutie. IDK what mix though, she has the paperwork.
I'm going to be texted today, approx 1000 times, I'm sure. But it was relatively painless, since she was already 'approved'. I guess it's worse than an FBI interview, but then again, no polygraph. But she made it through.
Hope Mini lives (Disney again? Oy). LOL, that's just a joke, I mean, she's had dogs before and loves animals, and they all lived. She has two grown cats though that aren't going to be happy.
Back, and washed all the dog germs off me so I don't get CV-19 hopefully. Whole damn store is petting these things.

It is finished!!!!!! And, I have everything cleaned up too. Dinner around 6pm. Wine will commence with said dinner. Followed by beer and UFC. My girl, Miesha Tate, makes her return after 4 or 5 years in retirement. Oh is she hott and she can beat the living #*#^ out of u too. What's not to like?
