putting in a hard cardio session. no resistance training except a little rehab on the leg. Oh, and ty everyone for asking how my knee is doing. it's really doing well. I basically have full motion without any pain. I meet with the ortho surgeon next month. he'll need to find another patient to help him pay for the safari he's on in Africa.
