Today will be the start of a potentially VERY interesting
who-knows-how-long event. Bringing Dad's 16 year old
cat home to live here. I don't believe she's ever even
SEEN another cat in her life. Plus, her life goal is to
remove my face from my head. She has despised me
from the day Dad adopted her as a 4 month old kitten.

Ooooo... can't wait!

Eventually, even if it evolves into mutual ignoring.

She sang all the way home (20 miles).

Took her into "my" bedroom, shrieking all the way. Closed door.

    Ty-Grr says "meh, who cares".

    Clare was EXTREMELY interested.

She stayed in the carrier for over an hour.

I went out to mow part of the lawn.

She used the litter box (GOOD GIRL!), but is now hiding under the bed. Just
like EVERY household cat before her. There's something about under THAT bed.

Just put out all fresh food and will check again in a while. This has to be on her
    terms, not mine.

    Morning snails.

What a day Bear cat sitting Tibs in pain and Atty isolating in place.
Just for the record, I'm not isolating in place, and I've had no official close contact with the person that tested positive.

I'm just avoiding excess contacts right now, out of an abundance of caution.
