First batch of Pepper's Hot Pepper Sauce. It'll be ready this Sat. I'll be making several more batches with slightly different ingredients and hottness.
The making. It has to be done outdoors. If not, you will find yourself wheezing, coughing, and crying. Don't ask me how I know.
I keep bottles to house the hot pepper sauce. It's not Pete's.

Chicken breast seared on a cast iron pan and finished in the oven with grilled asparagus, and jasmine rise with, well, what else? Hot Pepper Sauce.
