Yesterday I cooked a pork tenderloin in the instant pot with a honey garlic teriyaki sauce.
It came out fantastic !!!
Made some creamy cheesy rice and some broccoli to go with it.
Took it over to my folks for my Mom's birthday.
All gone !
Right now I have baby back ribs in.
When done, will broil for about 10 minutes with sauce on to gooey them up.
Fingers crossed !
I think I like this instant pot. Haven't used my pressure cooker in years...
The one I have is the one that also has the air fryer - haven't used that yet tho.
I tell ya tho...thing is a heavy beast and I have no where to store it !
