Just because you live in an area without access to good meat doesn't mean the rest of us do. There are independent butchers that raise or have beef and other meat raised for them.
I don't want to eat a raw pork sandwich, but i'm sure they raise the pork over there for such a meal/sandwich. I also don't want to eat an egg with a chicken embryo in it either, but many like that over on the Phillipines.
Have you ever had Kurobuta Pork? It's equivalent to Japanese Kobe beef. It's incredible. If you ever tried it, u would agree it's the best pork you have ever had. It's expensive, but within reason for a lot of American families to have on occasion.
There are many fine restaurants throughout the US that i would eat steak tartare--especially in Vegas. You need to get out more often.
There's a lot more here than u apparently are aware of. Trust the Pepper, baby. Get rid of all of the animals, sell the house and start traveling. You're not getting any younger.
