salt was the answer. I really limited how much I initially put in there--once it's in there u can't take it out, but u can add. I like to add the hot pepper flakes on the pizza with parmesan cheese. But thank you.

p.s. are u still thinking about the ingredient i used to make it more than double in size (I'm still talking about the pizza)?
