''In conclusion, vertigo as a result of vestibular neuritis may occur as a complication of SARS-COV-2 infection. More research is required to confirm if there is a real association between new-onset vertigo and COVID-19.''

Already thought of that one. There is still treatment for vertigo.

    Who said it IS vertigo????

Has it been DIAGNOSED as vertigo?

If so, when and by whom?

    Hope not Dr. Google.

A few other reasons for dizziness.

Don't listen to Dr. SilverBear, either. He does not have
a degree, nor does he want one.

well, bear - a spinning sensation is usually only associated with vertigo ;)
    Mea Culpa.

I learned that vertigo is a symptom, NOT a condition.

well, it's the symptom that's giving me a problem and it happens quite often after a viral infection but, in most cases, is self-limiting ;) if it persists i shall seek medical advice!

You sound as bad as Fran! ( Fran), who although she is as tough as nails is BTW saying you should see your doc. That should tell you something. ;)

They'll probably tell you what you already said:

BUT, your 30 dollar co-pay will likely get ya an initial check and a prescription, along with a followup.

If you want to wait, it's no skin off my nose. You're likely waiting until at least Monday anyway. But you know us, we're only saying this because we care about you and falling can get you hurt. Do stay safe, dear Tibby. You're living alone, so carry your phone with you please.
